According to the distance sales contract, any customer can return the product in an undamaged commercial condition without stating a reason for a complaint within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

All shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.

Using our feedback form on the contact page , you must describe that you wish to return a product (or all products) from the order by filling in the mandatory:

• Your order number (you will find it in the order confirmation e-mail)
• Reason for returning the product;
• Indicate that you want a full refund from us;

After we receive the shipment, we will contact you to confirm its receipt and that the goods are in a preserved condition that allows us to accept them back and within 30 days you will receive your money back by bank transfer.
